Some of you may or may not have seen my facebook post last night. It was a rough day. I'll leave it at that. So, today I thought I would take on a different approach. But before I did anything, I had two LARGE cups of coffee. (Mmmm! I {heart} my Keurig!) I then got the minis dressed and we piled into the car and headed for... well, I didn't have a destination, I just figured we'd drive north. We just kept driving until I came up with the brilliant idea of surprising them with a trip to C.E.C. The kids were so excited when we pulled into the parking lot.

It was rather hard trying to snap pictures with my heavy camera (sometimes I wish I had a pocket sized point & shoot) while chasing after the kids, because my two are hardly ever in the same spot. One is way over here and the other is waaaaaaaaaay over there. Here are a few that I managed to get...

After all the coins were gone, it was time for us to head home. As we are driving down the interstate, I look into the rearview mirror and say to my kids, "Wasn't that a nice surprise going to Chuck E. Cheese's?" C says, "I really wanted to go to the open gym, but that was a beautiful surprise." Ummm....

And then M keeps saying, "M go Macker-Cheese"
