Over the years, I've stopped with the resolutions. I'll say them quietly to myself in my head but it seems that resolutions are tough to keep up with. Many are unrealistic - IMO.

This is a new year, right? A new start. A new day.
And my new day starts by meeting one of my bestest friends
for a morning walk / jog along the beach - sans kids!
