I cannot tell if I'm a workaholic or what. You would think that I am for the simple fact that I now have three jobs. WTH was I thinking doing that to myself? It honestly doesn't surprise me that I do this and a friend of mine commented on my facebook post with this... "It wouldn't be you if you didn't..."
How true is this? I complain that I'm overwhelmed and tired and this and that, but this is just who I am. I'm insane and if I'm not doing 100 things at once then I feel that I'm not accomplishing anything. It's weird, but it's me.
With that, I have three jobs. Three jobs that I kind of like and don't really want to part with. I should quit one, but I'm just not ready.
Job One: Graphic Designer
Job Two: Retail
Job Three: Work at home program in the Art Dept. at a big ol' company.
Job one... my passion. Job two... it's fun and it gets me out of the house. I've grown attached to the people I work with and each day I work there, I find another reason why I like it so much. Job Three... it's a fairly new job, but I'm getting the hang of it - that is until they change the way of doing things. But it's a way for me to make extra money, money, money, Muuuun-nay! And I'm working at home, while home with the kids! :)
... three jobs. Three paying jobs. I'm a busy little momma these days and on top of those three jobs, I still manage to find time to make it to playdates (not many, but I'm sure as heck trying to make it to more!) This week is pretty busy for me actually... Beach/lunch plans with Ms. J, pool playdate with Ms. F, Beach playdate with the mom's group, 1st Birthday party for the nephew and a 5th birthday party at the spraygrounds. Yup... busy busy busy! :)
