Photo fun time before we head out for our Mother-Son Date Knight at Chick-Fil-A.
Tampa Bay was the only area that was participating in this event (at least, that's what the website claimed). I went ahead and made our reservations at a local Chick-Fil-A for 5:30pm.
When we got there, the right hand side of the store was decorated in a Knight theme and each table was covered with a white table cloth. On top of the table, we found a printed menu, a pamphlet of Mother-Son ideas to help inspire one-on-one time, a conversation starter place mat and a shield for the wee one to color. It was cute.
Then the cow made his appearance and in order to become a knight, the cow had to swear him in or dub thee (I don't know proper knight terminology - sorry). Once the cow tapped M's shoulders with the (balloon) sword, M then received a sword of his own and a crown.
M was overjoyed that he kept sticking that balloon sword in my face. Yay me!
Afterwards, we went to a store nearby and I got him a puzzle. My son is a puzzle genius!
As soon as we got home, that box was opened and in no time, a giant three-foot dinosaur puzzle was complete!
